Job Overview
The UX Designer (or User Experience Designer) is responsible for creating intuitive, enjoyable digital experiences. They research user needs, design user flows, prototypes and interfaces that balance user satisfaction with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
User research and discovery
Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, usability testing. Understand user needs, pain points and behaviours to inform design decisions.
Information architecture and user flows
Define information structure, create user flows and wireframes. Map user journeys and interaction patterns.
Prototyping and interaction design
Create prototypes and mockups, define interactions and animations. Design responsive interfaces for different devices.
Usability testing and validation
Conduct usability testing with real users, gather feedback, iterate designs based on test results.
Collaboration with product and development
Work closely with product managers and developers, ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
Design systems and consistency
Create and maintain design systems, ensure brand consistency, document design patterns and guidelines.
