Aurélia.jobs Privacy Policy
Updated on January 02, 2026
At AURELIA.JOBS, publisher of the Aurélia.jobs platform, the protection of your personal data is a priority.
When you register and use the Aurélia.jobs platform (the "Platform") and in the context of managing contractual relationships with its clients, AURELIA.JOBS (hereinafter "AURELIA.JOBS", "Aurélia.jobs", "we", "our", "us") collects and processes personal data about you. In addition, the Platform allows its Clients to process candidates' personal data as part of their recruitment processes.
This policy aims to inform you about how AURELIA.JOBS processes this data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR") and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files, and freedoms, as amended (together the "Applicable Regulations").
1. Who is the data controller?
For personal data of Clients and Platform Users (such as account, billing, and contact information), the data controller is:
AURELIA.JOBS, a simplified joint-stock company with sole shareholder (SAS) registered with the Thonon-les-Bains Trade and Companies Register under number 998 965 164 (SIRET 998 965 164 00010), with its registered office at 888 Route de la Caille, 74350 Allonzier-la-Caille, France.
For personal data of candidates processed by Clients via the Platform (e.g., CVs, interview information), the Client is the data controller. AURELIA.JOBS then acts as a processor on behalf of the Client, in accordance with the Client's instructions and the provisions of Article 13.2 of the Terms of Use and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
2. What data does AURELIA.JOBS collect?
Personal data is data that can identify a person directly or by cross-referencing with other data.
AURELIA.JOBS collects personal data about its Clients and Platform Users in the following categories:
- Client/User identification data: first name, last name, professional email address, professional phone number.
- Professional data of the Client/User: company name, job title/position.
- Data relating to your orders and subscriptions to services offered by AURELIA.JOBS.
- Platform connection data: connection logs, encrypted passwords, IP address, pages viewed, date and time of connection, browser used, operating system, user ID.
- Economic and financial data: payment information for subscriptions (e.g., via Stripe), billing information.
- Any information you choose to send to AURELIA.JOBS as part of your contact or support request.
When you subscribe to AURELIA.JOBS's services, the mandatory data for service provision is indicated at the time of collection.
AURELIA.JOBS, as a processor, also processes data that its Clients upload or enter on the Platform regarding candidates (e.g., CVs, interview notes, evaluation results). The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to process this data via the Platform.
3. How does AURELIA.JOBS collect your data?
AURELIA.JOBS collects your data (Clients/Users):
- Directly from you: when you provide it by filling out a registration or contact form, or by subscribing to services offered by AURELIA.JOBS on the Platform.
- Indirectly: potentially through business partners or service providers, in compliance with Applicable Regulations.
Regarding candidate data, this is collected and entered on the Platform by our Clients under their own responsibility.
AURELIA.JOBS uses robust data protection mechanisms, including encryption and access controls, to safeguard sensitive data. AURELIA.JOBS does not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties without a proper legal basis. If features involve interaction with Google services (such as Google Calendar), their use will be subject to your consent and Google's policies, and any processing of Google user data will be carried out in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
4. Does AURELIA.JOBS use your personal data for profiling or automated decision-making?
The Aurélia.jobs Platform uses artificial intelligence to help Clients analyze and evaluate information about candidates (e.g., CVs, interview responses) against criteria defined by the Client for a given position. This automated processing may include techniques similar to "profiling" within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR, with the aim of providing Clients with decision support (scores, summaries, recommendations).
a. Automated processing of candidate data by the Platform: This processing is carried out by AURELIA.JOBS as a processor, on the Client's instructions. It consists of using candidate data provided by the Client to assess certain professional aspects, to help the Client analyze or predict a candidate's suitability for a position.
b. Underlying logic: Professional data of candidates is analyzed by the Platform's AI algorithms to determine their match with the needs and criteria expressed by the Client.
c. Consequences for candidates: The Aurélia.jobs Platform is a decision support tool for the Client. Automated processing and scores provided by the Platform do not constitute the final recruitment decision, which is the exclusive responsibility of the Client. The aim is to enhance human efficiency and structure the process, not to replace human judgment. Candidates may exercise their rights regarding this processing directly with the Client (the recruiter, data controller).
AURELIA.JOBS is committed to ensuring that AI tools are designed and used ethically, seeking to minimize bias. AURELIA.JOBS has conducted a prior analysis to ensure that interests and fundamental rights are respected in the design of its services.
Google Workspace APIs, if used for specific features (e.g., calendar synchronization), are not used by AURELIA.JOBS to develop, improve, or train its generalized AI and/or Machine Learning models dedicated to recruitment analysis.
