  • Not disrupt the operation of the service
  • Respect intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

Termination Conditions

For monthly subscriptions, termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund will be made for the period already started.

The user may terminate their subscription at any time from their personal space.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Thonon-les-Bains shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
