Does the analyzer work with all CV formats?

Yes, our tool accepts the most common formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, PNG and JPG. It handles both digitally created CVs and scanned or photographed CVs. For very creative CVs with complex layouts (infographics, multiple columns), accuracy may slightly decrease but generally remains above 85%. In all cases, we recommend always verifying extracted information before contacting a candidate.

Are CVs stored or reused?

No, absolutely not. We strictly respect the confidentiality of personal data. Uploaded CVs are analyzed in real-time and immediately deleted from our servers after processing. Extracted data is never used to train our AI or shared with third parties. Our system is GDPR compliant and all data is processed exclusively on servers located in the European Union.

Can I analyze multiple CVs at once?

The free tool allows analyzing CVs one at a time. What is the extraction accuracy?

Our analyzer achieves 90 to 95% accuracy on well-structured CVs (PDF generated from Word or LaTeX). On scanned CVs or images, accuracy drops to 85%. The AI may have difficulty with very creative, multilingual CVs or those containing complex tables. In all cases, the confidence score displayed indicates the reliability level of extraction for each CV.
