Role Overview
The project coordinator is essential to project success. A true operational conductor, they coordinate all stakeholders, organize activities, track progress and ensure deadline and budget respect. This role is particularly sought in IT, construction, events and consulting sectors.
The coordinator works closely with the project manager to guarantee operational execution. They facilitate communication between teams, coordinate resources, organize meetings, track deliverables and maintain project documentation.
Stakeholder coordination
Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders: internal teams, clients, suppliers, contractors. Organize and run coordination meetings.
Organization and planning
Assist project manager in planning, calendars and budgets. Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information flows.
Progress tracking and reporting
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve operational problems. Generate progress reports for management and stakeholders. Monitor hours, spending and budgets via project tools.
Documentation management
