Main Missions
Technical documentation production
Write user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, quick start guides, FAQs and contextual help. Adapt content to target audience technical level.
Technical team collaboration
Work with developers, product managers and UX designers to understand features, collect technical information and validate produced content accuracy.
Documentation architecture management
Design and maintain documentation organisation (information architecture), ensure editorial consistency and optimise navigation for users.
Tutorial and multimedia content creation
Produce video tutorials, screencasts, infographics and interactive content to facilitate learning and product adoption.
Maintenance and updates
Monitor product evolution, update existing documentation during new releases, archive obsolete content.
